1. Can you provide your company's U.S. DOT number? First Class Tours DOT#774995. This number can be used to look up company safety information.
2. Does your company "farm out" any charter trips? First Class guarantees you will ride a First Class motor coach driven by a First Class employed driver.
3. Does your company have federal authority to cross state lines? Yes, this information can be found at the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration website using our DOT#774995.
4. Can you provide proof of valid liability insurance that provides an industry minimum of $5 million in coverage? First Class Tours maintains liability insurance coverage that exceeds Department of Transporation requirements.
5. How often are your buses inspected for safety? First Class Tours maintains pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections. Also, First Class Tours calls for their own DOT inspections. We do not wait for them to call us.
6. Does your company adhere to the federal "Hours of Service" guidelines for drivers? Long or quick turn-around trips may require additional drivers. First Class Tours insures drivers are within all federal safety guidelines regarding hours of service.
7. What is your company's safety record? First Class Tours has an outstanding safety record in the industry and will gladly answer your questions regarding our record.
8. Does your company comply with the FMSCA pre-trip messaging? First Class Tours provides a safety presentation prior to each trip pointing out safety features and procedures.

How to Book Your Charter

A. Final destination and trip itinerary details.
B. Dates of travel and departure times.
C. Pick-up location address and details.
D. Approximate number of passengers.
E. Special needs (wheelchair lift, etc.)
F. Contact information including e-mail, mailing address, and contact phone numbers.
G. The charter reservationist will provide you with a written estimate of the cost of services you are requesting.
3. Schedule an appointment for you and your decision makers to preview our coaches. You should see what you are paying for before it pulls up to pick you up! Pictures can't substitute for seeing the real thing.
4. Make arrangements for deposit and final payment terms.
